John is experienced in the organisation of functions so that you, the host and your guests, are able to relax and enjoy the occasion and know that care is being taken of everyone and everything. He has knowledge of Etiquette, Protocol, and Pageantry and wide experience of all types of function.

My duties towards the host and are guests are
 

•  to meet, greet and introduce honoured and all other guests
•  to their host
•  to make announcements for all proceedings
•  to announce and escort the honoured guests and main party
•  to their places
•  to be prepared to say Grace
•  to arrange the ‘taking of wine’ with special guests
•  to organize ceremonial and ritual functions (the passing of
•  the ‘Loving Cup’ the handing on of Chains of Office..)
•  to announce all speakers at the appropriate time
•  to organize the entertainment (whether it is an Auction,
•  Raffle, First Waltz..)
•  to draw a conclusion to the proceedings
 

This allows you, the host, to relax, greet, circulate amongst your guests and to thoroughly enjoy all of the festivities.

I will be busily working behind the scenes, organising all of the arrangements.
 

Meanwhile it is my duty to ensure you are not troubled by any problems that may occur - It is my pleasant task to ensure that you and your guests believe that everything went very smoothly, no matter what dramas may have occurred behind the scenes!
